MEMBERS WHO PLAY TOGETHER, STAY TOGETHER

Sunday, Sunday

What a tough afternoon. Turquoise water. White sand. Not a cloud in the sky. Plus cold beer, glasses of wine, two tables of delicious appetizers and great conversation—all with the unselfish purpose of recruiting new Rotary members. Now that’s dedication! Mahalo Kim, Toni, Cole and Peri Green.

“I see my inspiration in every one of you.”

Joe Ferraro opened today’s meeting with an inspiration about the power of Rotary friendship.

Vocational Talk: Jim Dideon

Former member, Jim Dideon, is an experienced developer of single family homes and commercial space from raw land to the finished product. He has a contractor license. If you have leads, please contact Jim at jddidion@verizon.net.

The Cost of Fame
Joe Ferraro, Wendy Goodenow, Jerry Hofwolt and Joe Rice were recognized by PBN’s Book of Lists and Sunrise’s “book of donations.” Dave Mozdren also led a round of Happy Birthday for July through October birthdays.

Pennies for Polio
Sunrisers used their engineering skills to fold and decorate boxes for loose change. Rotary’s goal: raise $200 million to secure a $355 matching grant from the Bill and Linda Gates Foundation.
